FAQ
DO I RECEIVE THE RAW VIDEOS / PHOTOS?
Each of our packages comes with full resolution IMAGE download and full original resolution VIDEO. We DO NOT provide RAW (unprocessed) files from our shoots because we believe in delivering a finished product with our post-produced JPG’s. In fact, we offer a full-length video as substitute for RAW video.
DO YOU DELIVER EVERY IMAGE YOU SHOOT?
No, we do not. We eliminate duplicate images, test shots, missed focused shots, shots with closed eyes and other images that may dilute the overall product delivery. For example, because we shoot with low apertures, sometimes we take a few extra shots to make sure we have the perfect focus. We don’t expect you to have the expertise or the time to zoom into each image to select the one with the sharpest focus, that’s our job we only deliver the best.
WILL MY PHOTOS BE EDITED?
Yes! Since color correction is the basic post-production, it should be used on every single image. Many photographers will not color correct any, or will only color correct “select” images. This means that you may have a lot of pictures where your skin tones are orange, yellow, red or even blue, but with Daniel Visuals your wedding gallery will go through advance retouching for certain packages and our extremely targeted editing can bring out the best in any image.
HOW MANY PHOTOS DO YOU DELIVER?
We typically guarantee 800 pictures for a full-day coverage wedding. Keep in mind these numbers may increase or decrease depending on the flow of the day and the number of events/activities needing to be capture. (does not apply for Elopements)
CAN I CHOOSE THE MUSIC FOR MY FILM?
YES, but keep in mind sometimes some music doesn’t fit with the visuals, especially when you see a lot of energy/excitement and you hear a slow song or vice-versa. A top level audiovisual production consist in feeling what you see.
IF THE WEDDING IS CANCELED WHAT HAPPENS WITH THE DEPOSIT?
Unfortunately the DEPOSIT / RETAINER fee is NOT refundable. (see contract details for more information) DEPOSIT fees are used to reserve your date. Once we’ve reserved your date, we do not accept new clients for your date.
