Each of our packages comes with full resolution IMAGE download and full original resolution VIDEO. We DO NOT provide RAW (unprocessed) files from our shoots because we believe in delivering a finished product with our post-produced JPG’s. In fact, we offer a full-length video as substitute for RAW video.

No, we do not. We eliminate duplicate images, test shots, missed focused shots, shots with closed eyes and other images that may dilute the overall product delivery. For example, because we shoot with low apertures, sometimes we take a few extra shots to make sure we have the perfect focus. We don’t expect you to have the expertise or the time to zoom into each image to select the one with the sharpest focus, that’s our job we only deliver the best.

YES, but keep in mind sometimes some music doesn’t fit with the visuals, especially when you see a lot of energy/excitement and you hear a slow song or vice-versa. A top level audiovisual production consist in feeling what you see.

Unfortunately the DEPOSIT fee is NOT refundable. (see contract details for more information) DEPOSIT fees are used to reserve your date. Once we’ve reserved your date, we do not accept new clients for your date.

We have shot at many venues mainly around DFW, but also Houston, Austin, San Antonio, etc. So there is a good chance that we have. However, if we have not, we will get to the venue early on the day of and be sure to perform a thorough walk-through to scout out the best photography locations. We also do extensive online research prior to your big day!

All dates are reserved once we receive your signed contract and deposit.
